COVID-19 Safety Plan

To all our customers, employees and their families we want you to know that everyone’s health and safety is our top priority. We have devised the following policies to help keep everyone safe. The following Covid-19 Safety policies have been implemented:

FIELD POLICIES

1. All employees are required to fill out a Covid-19 daily screening checklist and report their temperature before starting their work. If anyone is showing signs or symptoms of Covid-19 they will not come into work.

2. Upon booking appointments, a Covid-19 screening questions are asked for all occupants of the home. If anyone is showing signs or symptoms of Covid-19 we will reschedule for another day.

3. Technicians will wear a mask, new gloves and shoe booties when they enter your home. Increased PPE can be worn if requested.

4. Technicians will clean and wipe down the work area with a disinfectant solution before and after the work is completed.

5. iPad’s and iPhones will be sanitized before obtaining an electronic signature for work completed. 

6. We ask that home owners give our technicians 6 feet of space and to also wear a mask while the work is completed inside the home.

7. Tools are not to be shared unless they have been thoroughly sanitized.

8. Regular washing of hands for 30 seconds with soap and warm water.

9. All technicians will have their own vehicle to transport them to site and will not have passengers in the vehicle with them.

10. All equipment returned to the office will be sanitized and cleaned. 

OFFICE POLICIES

2. Masks are to be worn upon entering the office and in all common areas, break room, stock room, and washrooms. 

3. Automatic sanitizing stations are installed at both entrances and are to be used upon entering the office.

4. Breaks will be staggered to reduce the amount of people in the breakroom at the same time.

5. All staff meetings will be conducted via zoom.

6. All employees will maintain the distance of 6 feet apart whenever possible.

7. All common areas and surfaces, including washrooms, common tables, desks, light switches and door handles and other touch points will be cleaned and sanitized in the morning and in the afternoon.
